These work like a charm!
UC-11 collagen just simply works! If you have arthritis, this does the job for those aches and pains. For years I swallowed 3 huge horse-sized Glucosamine and Chondroitin pills daily with only so-so results. Then I read about UC-11 and started taking one small tablet a day instead. The difference was amazing! Almost immediately, my arthritis was hardly noticeable. I wouldn't go a day without them now.

It helps with my arthritis
I went to Montana in November last year. It was snowing and cold. I left the following day. At the airport I suddenly felt very painful on my left knee and I couldn't even walk. I had to call for the wheelchair. After I came back home, I went see the orthopedic doctor. XR image of the knee showed arthritis change (I am 73 years old). The doctor prescribed pain med and exercise. After a month my knee still hurt. A friend told me to try collagen. I am glad I did. It took about 3 months and the pain was completely gone. I am still taking it as maintenance.
