Don't order before test fitting??????

I ordered these to fit the Genuine Joe 53522 12 ounce styrofoam cups ordered along with, ACTUALLY a part of the same order, and they don't fit! Not only that but the words returnable until October ? don't mean anything cause now, when I go to return them it says"not returnable???
