I would recommend these pajamas.

These are nice pajamas and I am happy that they have them in larger boys sizes. I always wash them inside out in cold water so they haven't pilled but they are synthetic blend fabric so pilling is always a problem with those sorts of clothing items. They have held their size and shape well and my son finds them comfortable.
