Warranty information
All parts carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty whichever comes first. Warranty must be requested by the original purchaser and is limited to the replacement of the alleged defective part(s) only. Any returned part(s) must be accompanied by an RMA number. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by contacting partsology.com Customer Service team either by email at csr@partsology.com or by phone at (844) 800 6866. All alleged defective part(s) will be inspected before the refund is approved. Partsology.com will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, Freon, filters, lodging, and car or truck rental.
