A friend of mine recommended Krusteaz and all you add is water.....how easy. With skepticism, I tried some. It might be better had I not known about this pancake mix. Once you get the batter thin enough to pour, it yields the most flavorful, moist, golden brown floppy, happy disc shaped object that elevates butter and syrup to new heights. Oh...how ....wonderful and delicious. Add an egg to the batter and you can create equally fine waffles. The ease and speed of pancake production, coupled with the irresistible taste and come here aroma can only lead to an increased waistline. Beware if you try this mix.
