The easy to program timer works with incandescent, CFL, halogen and LED bulbs, delivering simple automation to your indoor lighting and small appliances. Whether you’re away for a few hours or a few weeks, the timer is a quick way to deter crime by giving your home a lived-in appearance. Eight grounded outlets are each protected by twist-to-lock safety covers. Four receptacles are timed, while four are always on to provide continuous power to your devices. Great Power Strip
This power strip works great! My reptiles need 12 hours of light/heat, then 12 hours of it all off and this works perfectly. Half (4) of the outlets are on timers the other half (4) are always on. It has battery backup in case of power outage and you can set multiple timers for different days. I have it hanging on the wall which I love! This product is definitely worth the money!

At last!
With this timer I finally found one that actually works for me. So nice to have for my daughter's bearded dragon habitat. Easier to set up than I thought it would be. I had an analog timer for awhile but it was hit or miss. Then I got a different digital one that I couldn't get to work at all. If you've had trouble with timers like I did, this might be the one for you too.

Nice timer/power strip all in one.
I had some trouble with set up or so I thought. Their (GE) tech support was very helpful and let me know that it was set up but had to cycle through until next on/off time. It has worked like a charm for my 2 aquarium lights (drip line of course).
