Started taking it after my eye doc recommended it as a supplement. 10mg zeaxanthin 10 mg lutein. Capsule made of vegan food grade ingredients, so hopefully no plastic. Mostly olive oil, but has some seed oil as well. No food dye, it's colored with paprika extract. Easy to take, no flavor. Good value.
