Drips

My home was completed in February 2022. It took me several months to realize my pot filler was slowly dripping. As time has gone by the dripping is worse-it's fairly steady. Now I know why I constantly had spots on my glass top. For the price I expect better.

Quality is very important to us, and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance. During the first few days you use your faucet, a small amount of debris may be flushed out of your pipe system. Debris can cause the cartridge to not seal properly, and would need to be flushed out.
