GREAT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

Purchased 2 of these platform beds - 1 for my 6 year old - used mattress directly on platform - not concerned of child falling from high bed; the 2nd for teenager and added box spring for a much higher bed. In both instances beds look great and modern..... will be purchasing 1 more shortly...

Simple and Stylish

While this bed seems very basic, it is super functional and great for maximising space in spall apartments. The large drawers are great for extra storage and the simple design means I don't have to worry about running into sharp corners in the dark. Very solid and sturdy, a good choice for first time bed-buyers.

walmart should explain full/queen

For those who buy this or ant other platform bed that lists "full/queen" I would like to let you know what they don't tell you. The boards that make up the top of the platform come in 4 pieces for the queen setup and if you only want a full setup you can leave out 1 of the middle pieces. Had I known this in advance, I would have only bought a full matress not a queen.
