Teva Men's Omnium Athletic Sandals

I am very disappointed. I hoped I had added the final piece to my barrier system. The ad description states, "Designed to withstand rain, sun, and even snow, these cat deterrent outdoor balls offer up to 6 months of active scent release". They do not "withstand rain, sun and even snow". My main purpose for purchasing this item was that it could be outdoors rain or shine and last for 6 months. I would have been happy with one month. I wanted these placed near the fence so that the cats would not even enter the yard. This placement would require it to be on the fenceline at the bottom or top. I have a photo of the balls after one good rain. Also attached is a photo of the "Precautionary Statement" box on the side of the package. It specifically states, "If using the ball in an outdoor setting, be sure to secure it in a location where it won't be disturbed by wind or rain". The cats aren't pooping on the cement. They're pooping on the inside of my backyard fence. I want them to be deterred from even entering the yard.
