PLEASE USE A CARE PLAN WHEN ORDERING THIS PRODUCT

Upon receipt of the product, the screen was cracked. Upon calling, Walmart directed me to the Techzone, the third party seller. After several attempts to obtain a definite answer via email and phone and indicating that restocking fees would be deducted if the tablet was returned; Techzone directed me to the shipping company they used. The shipping company wanted to take the tablet and perform some kind of analysis to determine whether the shipping company was responsible or Techzone was liable. If the shipping company determined Techzone was liable, then the tablet would be returned. Anticipating a blaming game, I decided to simply file a repair claim for the care plan offered by Walmart. The care plan sent a shipping box twice as big with padding and repaired the tablet in 2 days. After the screen was repaired the tablet is working fine. Please however BE AWARE AND ORDER A CARE PLAN as I believe the shipping box used by Techzone was too small and without enough padding to protect the product.
