Poor quality and missing parts

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I purchased two of these queen-size beds and was very disappointed. The beds do not look nearly as nice in person as they do in the advertisement. The materials feel cheap, and the overall quality is far below my expectations. One of the beds was missing the LED headboard light that was clearly shown in the product listing. Because of the poor quality and missing component, I decided not to open the second bed and will be returning both. I would not recommend this product. The beds did not match the advertised quality, and the missing parts and difficult return process made this one of the worst furniture purchases I have experienced.
