I have purchased more than a dozen of this style of pant for work. From different sellers. While I order 2 sizes larger than I would normally, I never know what size will come. I have every size of waist from a 4 to a 9 altho I order 2x. Clothes made in China tend to be for small people I guess that accounts for the wrong sizing for USA. This order the pants were a 9 at guess and fit well and long enough. The elastic tends to twist at waist after wash because they are not sewn into the waist band. For the most part, comfortable working pants .
