EXTANG EXCEED: Nice fit and finish!!

Arrived packed in factory carton...safely....but beaten to shreds. Cover was in great shape. It's heavy and two persons would be convenient but even for an old guy, I lifted and placed it without too much of a hassle. I had watched the installation video perviously and was ready to install it. Yes....it was 95F degrees. I had 0...zero...issues installing this cover on my '18 F-150. Since installation, it's gone through some horrific Virginia thunderstorm downpours and is showing no signs of water getting into my bed. The only minor thing I'm not totally happy with is the hold up support rod storage clips. The support rods can be snapped in (during non-use) and then be loose from the clips when you get to your destination. Hold-open plastic snap buckles work fine at highway speeds. I've used the hold-up storage rods twice now and they seem to work fine also. This cover looks to be my forever cover. Real Truck ordering and customer service departments are first in class. When working $1000 orders....you have to be. Thanks Real Truck!

Replaced cover

Bought a cover and there was a manufacturer malfunction. Called and was given instructions on what to do to get a resolution. Within a day I was told a new one would be on the way with pictures sent of the malfunction. This was done and within a few weeks I had my new cover. I enjoy this cover a lot as it helps with our summer activities. Thank you, Adam H.

Great Cover

I am surprised at how little water gets in. If any. Most covers I've owned allow even a small amount in, which includes Retrax MX One. This seems to do even better. Although slightly heavy when opening up the last fold when standing outside of the truck, it's still not too bad. Overall a super nice cover. Time will tell...
