Well worth taking instead of HRT
I never want to take hormones!!! I am better off supporting my body naturally! I have been taking as directed for 4 months now and I have had much better hormone-related symptom relief! I have not had night sweats in 2-3 months and, overall, I am much more calm and happy everyday. I also use Natural Cycles app for keeping track of my cycle and that also has helped me to expect when certain hormones peak or decrease (thus telling me what symptoms to expect)
