I love this water backpack. I just had to get used to the part that you have to bite on to get the water to come out. also I had to get used to not having cold water as that's what I'm used to drinking. it fits perfectly, doesn't slid around and stays centered on you're back. It holds plenty of water for how ever long you're out. I would say even over night you would have plenty of water.
