Major disappointment

You get what you pay for - but didn't even get that. I ordered this ring for my husband as a Christmas gift. It was a BIG disappointment. The university name on top is not clean cut (see my photo). It looks somewhat melted. Now the plating is coming off and of course it's past the 90-day return policy/warranty. (See 2nd photo). We are now having to spend more money to order a better ring from Josten's, which I wish I had done in the first place instead of throwing away this money at Wal-Mart. Only 1 star because zero stars wasn't available as an option. Don't waste your money.
