Helps to fall back to sleep, quickly, after waking thru the night

This is a good product and it aids me in my quest for an extended period of time of sleep during the night/early morning hours. I am a 64 year old female and I was getting up about 3-4 times a night and was having a difficult time going back to sleep. This sleep pattern left me extremely tired the next day. I would have to take "long" naps, during that day, to get some energy back. With this product, I am not getting up as frequently, and when I do, I am able to fall back to sleep. It has helped me a great deal. I would highly recommend!
