took way too long after order was placed until the product was shipped (3 weeks) but then after finally was shipped the delivery was timely , so wasn't seem like it was postals' fault just whoever was in charge of pulling order and getting it actually sent was gone on vaca or out sick or something, mostly just disappointed that it can only be used for squatty potty not for step stool also, as it may be sturdy enough if your seated so just a little pressure on it to raise your feet but no way can you stand on it to reach a high shelf. they lied!
