These are the first reusable period underwear I've ever owned or purchased. I bought two brands at the same time, but these arrived first. I wish I had just bought this brand. They aren't bulky, make you feel sweaty, or self conscious. I used mine as a back up, in place of pads, and could not be happier. They caught all leaks and prevented any stains or embarrassment. There were no included instructions on how to wash them, so I just googled it. Absolutely will buy again!
