Stuff works great!

I take this stuff everyday. Sometimes every other day if "too loose". Hope y'all know what I mean by that without having to give details... It took a good 4-6 weeks to fully get the effects of what it can do for you. I do not run out either. It has done wonders keeping me regular %26 never have the pain that used to come along when your body is constipated. I remember that's when it makes everything even down to your eyelashes it seems to hurt something miserably. No more of those days thanks to this stuff. Stick with it if at first you don't see a difference. You'll be so glad you did.

This absolutely works, but there will be bloating first. The first dose took about 2 days to work %26 the second took almost 5 but clean you out it will! You can put it in absolutely anything %26 that's what I like about it. If you are having tummy troubles, i definitely recommend this as a first step.
