Like many of the other reviewers, I too had been looking around for just the right stand. Only in my case it's more like storage for DVD's and the theater equipment, receiver, blue ray, center speaker. I have the widescreen mounted on wall and needed something short enough to fit under it… This item fit the bill, it was just perfect and like many of the other posts, it really does look quite high end. I paid $338 (tax & S&H) But then again what else is out there for that price with these dimensions that looks as nice. It was easy to set up; pay close attention to directions ( they aren't real accurate)I had the center dividers flipped upside down (my own fault) and it cost me a little time to disassemble and put it right- no big deal for 10:30 Sunday night… OH yeah, I used a torx bit instead of the allen wrench it worked really well. Don't over tighten! Just get it, it looks very nice and is solid
