Wusthof Gourmet 3-Piece Paring Knife Set
The Wüsthof Gourmet 3-piece knife set is a practical set of vegetable knives that shouldn't be missing from your kitchen!
It is the perfect "paring" of prep tools for any home or professional chef. This set comes with a 2 1/4" Peeling Knife, 3" Straight Paring Knife, and 3" Clip Point Paring Knife. All of these paring/peeling knives are created to work well with small produce and herbs.
The Gourmet 2 1/4" Peeling Knife has a shorter blade than most paring knives and curves downward making it ideal for peeling, cleaning or shaping any fruit or vegetable with a rounded surface. It is also the perfect knife to make decorative garnishes such as fluted mushrooms.
The Gourmet 3" Clip Point Paring Knife has a clip point that allows the blade to easily carve and peel fruits and vegetables.
The Gourmet 3" Straight Paring Knife has a flat edge provides more contact with the cutting board and precise control.
Each knife in the Gourmet series by Wusthof-Trident is precisely cut from a single piece of high-quality, high-carbon steel with the latest state of the art laser technology. The steel used in this line is the same as that in the renowned Wusthof Classic and Classic Ikon forged series. The Gourmet line also features a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material, Polyoxymethylene (POM) which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
