2016 Chevy Silverado

very nice product, looks great on truck! installation not hard, however, you do need to use stainless steel screws , preferred over what comes with them.. can only put screws in each end, as the trim will "bow" out I used 3M Double sided tape on the top lip of trim to truck, thus reducing the gap, and it works fine and looks great, any water that may accumulate will drain threw the pre drilled screw holes, the "clip" slots, or just over the bottom lip/ these attract finger prints ans water spots rather easily, so use a good quality automotive wax and this helps alot! I recommend these very highly! the comments on the look is awesome!

Putco should hire someone that knows how to use a camera.

The pictures on the instruction sheet appear to have been taken in a dark area by someone that is far from being capable of providing pictures for an installation sheet. As much as these things cost, the instructions should have been made by a professional rather than someone with what appears to be a Kodak Brownie in a dark room. My next complaint is they do not fit as perfectly as they should. I have a 2019 Ram Classic. The cutouts for the factory installed bolts do not line up. Without good instructions, these clips would make a preacher cuss. After I finally figured them out, without the worthless instructions, they were a piece of cake. I still put the screws in as well which brings up another complaint. The instructions say use a 7/64 bit. Horse pucky. The screws will not go through the predrilled holes. I used a 1/8 for the fender and a slightly larger to widen the holes in the trim. Bottom line: After they were installed, all the trouble was worth it. Beautiful. A little more consideration at the factory, would have been greatly appreciated. After I got them on, they really do make the truck look very good. The quality of the finish is exceptional. This is my 11th truck and I have over the years used Putco products
