Poor Quality Construction

We had over 30 feet of this lighting system installed under cabinet by a licensed electrician less than 1 year ago. The lights are constantly flickering and shutting off. The adhesive is starting to let loose on the backs of the LED tape lights. The connector system that is used to connect multiple sections is also a major issue(very cheap) and doesn't provide a solid connection . You can tap the connector when the lights are having an issue and they will flicker on and off. The major issues with this LED tape light system is the lack of quality section links/connectors and poor adhesive/adhesion. I would like someone to reach out to me to put this issue right and send some replacement connectors and lights!
