MY ORDER TOOK ALMOST THREE WEEKS TO RECEIVED. I WAS SENT AN EMAIL THAT STATED MY ORDER WAS READY AND I BOOKED A APPOINTMENT. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WAS NO TIRES. THEN THERE WAS THREE TIRES. FINALLY THE FOURTH TIRE ARRIVED. WHAT A HASSLE WHEN YOU PURCHASE TIRES FROM WALMART ON LINE. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL SAYING I AM SORRY FOR THE DELAY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH THIS WITH WALMART. OH YES I ORDERED A DRYER FROM HOME DEPOT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BUT A DAY LATE. THEY INFORMED ME THEY ISSUED ME A SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLAR CREDIT ALONG WITH AN NOTE SAYING THEY WERE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE.

Very Disappointed!

I never write reviews but I'm very upset at the fact that my tires are needing to be replaced at only 30k miles. I've read all the similar reviews on here... very upsetting. My car was $65k msrp and I'm very disappointed Lexus would knowingly put such a cheaply made tire on such an expensive car. I feel like consumers have to research every little thing before purchasing anything these days because companies will always try to cheap out on something. If the tire is being advertised as 70k tread life I feel like Lexus or Bridgestone needs to take responsibility and make this right. Do right by people and they'll do right by you.
