Great for indoor BBQ.
I had tried everything to get that bbq grill flavor inside. Pans, broiler, cast iron skillets, never the same. Then I read the others reviews that said this is like outside bbq without the char burnt taste. So I figured why not if I don't like it I'll return it. The new design with ceramic grill that comes off super easy. The cleanup is easy too. It says you can throw it in the dishwasher but that takes up too much room for me and is so much faster sticking it under the faucet and with a sponge the grill comes clean with very little scrubbing. Then I follow up with a little Dawn and rinse and done. The lid comes off easy so I clean it the same way as the grill. The drip tray I just empty into the recycling can the clean it the same way also. I don't remember the last time I found something that satisfied what I thought it should do. That why the 5 stars.
