Plush, comfy and absorbent & disposable briefs
My 99 yr old mother really likes these briefs for overnight and for appointments. They don't leak after all night, very absorbent and comfortable with just enough stretch to fit comfortably and wicks moisture away from the skin. After about 9 hrs, the removed brief is quite a bit "heavier" with approximately a half quart plus of urine without spillage. Would not get a larger size than needed since a good fit, not tight, helps to contain the fluid. Small was a good fit for a 100 lb woman or smaller or a smaller man, and medium is definitely larger for an "average" sized person. Padded well front, center and back for female and male wearers.
