I have looked for an attractive, affordable coffee table for years. There have been dozens that were ok but not 'it'. I ordered this one as soon as I saw it. It's a beautiful rich gold color. The deckled edge is not a uniform scalloped edge. It's better! So many coffee tables out there are huge or rustic or plain or just plain ugly. This one is stylish without being too fancy. I have a small living room so I had to find something that wouldn't take up too much space. It's heavy and sturdy, but being 3 legged, it could be tipped over. You'd have to work at though. I think it wouldn't be too likely during normal, everyday use. I had one quality issue. One of my table legs doesn't quite go all the way on. There's just a tiny gap. It's not something that affects the table's stability so I won't return the table or get a refund. I called customer service and left a message for someone at Uniek to call me back to see if I can just get another leg. The other issue that I had was the table was dirty. It was completely un-noticeable because of the table's antique detailing. I didn't see that at all until I wiped it down and noticed the dustcloth came away filthy. A little soap and water later, all's well.
