Before first use, briefly depress nozzle base to prime spray. Clean the nozzle after use with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Use as needed or as recommended by your doctor. Insert nozzle into opening of nostril. Press down briefly on base of nozzle, using 1-3 short bursts of saline mist. Remove. Gently blow nose. Repeat in other nostril.

The “cool” sensation isn’t just marketing—it genuinely gives you that refreshing, menthol-like blast that helps open things up immediately. It’s perfect for when you’re super congested and need fast relief without the use of medications. The nozzle sprays evenly and gently. I use it during allergy season, cold and flu season, or whenever my sinuses feel dry or clogged. It also works great for post-nasal drip and that annoying sinus pressure that builds up during the day.
