Beautiful and durable

I used these to make crème brûlée and baked macaroni and cheese in the oven. They held up great! I was a bit worried about using a torch on it when I had to caramelize the sugar after chilling the crème brûlée, but it did not crack. Definitely my go to for all things single servings.

Store, reheat and serve in the same cup

Very happy with my ramekin set. I make a batch of homemade soup, and divide it into five small portions. One to have right away as a lunch side dish, and four to store. OK, this set does not come with lids, but I use plastic coffee can lids for them. Reheat the stored food later and serve, all in the same ramekin cup. Less work for mother (me).
