Looks good

Installed this product in a customers home installation is very time consuming and painful please make installation easier

Bad spout

Just installed. Had a bad diverter valve which causes the hand shower to stay on with the spout. Kohler was good about sending me a new one however this is extremely time-consuming I basically have to disassemble tub to change. What a headache and a waste of money.

Horrible instructions

Install instructions are not good. I am a an installer/contractor and these instructions are not clear at all. In fact the diagram they give you is wrong. They have the tub spout directly connecting to the hot water inlet before it reaches the on/off valve. Which makes zero sense and would mean that the hot water would not be able to be turned off. Not sure why people buy Kohler products. I have never been a fan.
