My dog eats things he should not when we go for a walk in the woods. This is his second time he has gotten into deer poop, and of course, with all his allergies, it became more than a regular vet visit. I was trying to find products so he did not have to go to the Emergency Vet. Within a couple of hours, he showed all the signs from before, except there was more blood in his poop. The emergency vet could not work us in until 6 hours later due to two emergencies, so I went online to see what I could find in the meantime. I about fell off my seat when I saw Walmart carried the same kit we were sent home with from his first encounter. The same at a much lower price, so off to Walmart I went to pick up 2 boxes. I cannot tell you how much money I saved, and a backup box in case he finds something in the yard. We are backed up to a heavily wooded area and have deer that cut through our backyard all the time. Pretty to watch, but a nightmare when the dog decides to sample the menu. When I called to cancel the Emergency Vet appointment, they actually said I did the right thing based on the symptoms from the first visit. Not often is a vet office approvingly surprised. Pet cat felt better it seems taking the capsules per directions. Animal did not really like the paste, but seemed better after taking. Easy applications doing both.
