If leggings and sweats mated and had a baby it would be these joggers. They are absolutely perfect! Super soft and very comfortable, not too tight like leggings can be and not too loose like sweats. I'm 5'6" 182 lbs and XL fits me perfectly. Also I love the pockets! I highly recommend!
