Runs large and holds in nothing!
The fabric is very thin. It is very stretchy! VERY! This won't hold anything in anywhere. The top straps are about 1/4” wide. If you need bra straps to really lift you, these will not. These are thinner than bikini straps! I was near white in photo. i was sent dark brown. If you have thin thighs, this will just hang on you more like culottes. I think for a medium, maybe you need like 22” thighs to touch the fabric? You also need more of a butt to fill this out than I have. I bought this to make me look smoother in front where I have hanging skin. It doesn't help at all. Waist in medium is so stretchy probably easily fits a 40” or larger waist. Same problem in hips - just too stretchy. No cincher or girdle effect. The leg part runs very long. Will not work for mid thigh dresses unless you double it over. Bathroom opening is very small. Better pull whole thing down when Nature calls. Height 5'7” tall. Weight 134. Measurements: 34- 27-35” Thighs 16”
