Recollections Circle Lever Punch, 12 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the same outer size as the 1-inch puncher but just makes smaller holes. It is also more expensive than that one. It makes a clear cut, quick and easy to use.

I probably use them more than the average person and have done a few thousand so far without it dulling the blade or tearing the paper. I use card stock primarily. 1 sheet at a time. Can use multiple sheets if using standard paper.
