This cutting board is the perfect size for our sink and allows me to add countertop space for preparing vegetables while others work elsewhere. When I'm getting started, I wash the veggies and then cut them up. When I'm done, I simply run the water over them again to make doubly sure that they are clean and then I cook them up. Clever cutting board that is wide enough to fit across the sink - but also has a neat feature that allows you to place a colander inside a round slot to hold your veggies before and after you cut them. This works well and the insert is a collapsible silicone material, so it can be washed in the dishwasher and then stored completed flat with the board inside a small space. Highly recommended.
