The standard style is likely installed improperly or old, but this style has been foolproof for our family. The style comes in different materials, so this isn't a review of the color, just look for the word “pivot.” We choose Koehler because they send us replacement parts, and their products are durable enough to sometimes just to replace a part rather than a unit.
