Started as a 5 but went to a 1

I ordered these pillows. I was so impressed. They had a piece of cardboard where you slice the box open so you wouldn't slice your expensive pillow. I was so impressed that I ordered another set in medium fill. That box unfortunately didnt have the extra cardboard and things went down from there. Fortunately I didnt cut the new pillows! I returned the soft because they were too soft. I wasn't happy that it said I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund. After all, they didn't wait 3 weeks to get paid. Each time, the stars were coming off. 3 weeks and no refund. I called Walmart. They said we would email them. They had 48 hrs to contact me. 48 hours, nothing. I called Walmart again, they said you should get a refund email from us within a few days. Nothing I called Walmart agan, apparently the wrong department was sent the refund info but because it wasn't their department, they did nothing. I was told it would be corrected. It was I received a refund from WALMART never hearing from this pillow company. Fortunately Walmart stands behind their sales.
