We ordered this product online because we recently obtained custody of our special needs nephew whose wears these type of briefs on a daily basis but the local Walmart doesn't carry enough of them. They usually have only 1 to 2 packs in the s/m size or none at all so we decided to order online! Great choice! They came timely! They were a bit cheaper! We were able to get as many as we needed a month and no trip to Walmart to get them!! Thank you!

Good quality and absorbency

Very good quality and absorbency but "pullups" worked better for our needs because hubby doesn't have the dexterity in one hand to adjust the tabs. With his limited vision it was hard for him to see what he was doing. Size S/M was appropriate (165lbs, 34" waist). Velcro-like tabs are able to be re-positioned numerous times and stick well. Would be good for bedridden folks since there is no need to remove outer pants to adjust or change.
