We've only had this a few weeks, but it works great so far. Perfect for those times when you need to wash your hands but don't want to possibly cross contaminate surfaces!
The faucet was shipped in the manufacturer's box and arrived with all pieces and parts intact. It has a chrome finish, is quite heavy, and appears to be a quality product with copper water lines. The package did not contain a base plate to cover any predrilled holes from the previous faucet installations, but these (or the round disc faucet hole covers) can be purchased either online or at almost any hardware store.
An outlet is required for this faucet as it is not battery powered. Fortunately, we already had an outlet under the sink. Installation was fairly straightforward with the only difference between this and a regular faucet being the power hookup, which really wasn't a big deal since the instructions were quite clear. It actually took longer to remove the old faucet than to install this one.
We've been very happy with the faucet thus far. Hopefully, it can withstand the test of time and teens.
