READ THIS: if digestion is a problem

Learning routine food disgesition was/is a chronic failure for me, I decided that bloating and b movements had to IMPROVE! I was uncomfortable alot and felt full with an empty stomach. The primary ingredient is XOS (Xylo - Oligosaccharide) and it has been a fairly awesome recovery for me. Of the many well-regarded brands I tried, the pre pro biotic primary ingredient was always different. This isn't one pill fits all. I take one capsule before noon and the 2nd one at 7pm. I found. Walmart price is the lowest and delivery next day. If you accepted food sitting in your stomach way too long as your new normal try this. My digestion will always be messed up but Best Naturals Probiotic has made a big impact and improvement.
