Great value! Great customer service

I ordered these lamps from Hayneedle last week- my first purchase from this site. They are very heavy, beautiful lamps that look like they should have cost 3x their price. The lamp shades are also of great quality. Unfortunately, despite being packaged exceptionally well, one of my lamps arrived with a bent harp and what was either a minor crack or scratch near the top of the lamp. I contacted customer service via their messaging option and they quickly resolved my issue. Would definitely recommend these lamps and will be ordering from Hayneedle again.

I purchased this beautiful lamps for my blue and white family room and they are beauties. Excellent quality, they came perfectly packaged and easy to assemble. Bulbs were included an A+!
