I have only taken this 3 nights. From night 1, i slept well but sleep isnt my issue, anxiety and nerve health is. From day 1, there was a noticeable difference in my demeanor. My husband said the grinch was finally going away. I usually have tremors with anxiety especially at work. No tremors or hot flashes from anxiety in 3 days. No overreacting to small things.
