I like this formulation from NOW.

These easy to tolerate supplements are believed to help prevent memory loss as you age, it cannot repair damaged memory after the fact. They can help with processing stored carcass fat in the liver, a common problem even in non-alcohol drinkers. Of course with further clinical study, we may find the uses and efficacy may be different. I have major health issues and taking this formula of nutrients seems a safe bet. I feel better when taking it, and have taken daily for over 3 years. I have always had an exceptional memory, and I don't want to lose that as I age. I am 71, and still learning new things every day that I wish to add to my permanent memory.
