Cute sexy dress, seller's description not all true

The navy blue dress looks and fits as the picture shows. Seller's measurements seem to be accurate, XL (43” bust) fit like a US 16. Seller talks about some sort of metal around the neckline—this is untrue. As picture shows, neckline is made of material (not metal) that encircles the neck. At 5'4”, dress hits just above the knee. It's a fun dress and could be worn for spring/summer/fall. Material is soft, but it is not stretchy and is not an extremely breathable fabric. Dress is worth the $9 – $10 price. For such an inexpensive piece, it has been nicely sewn.
