Broken glass fixture, Poor instructions

One of the glass lighting fixtures was broken when I received it. Also, the instructions are not user friendly for someone who has never installed a fan. The wiring instructions were so bad that I had to pay an electrician to come out because I wired it incorrectly. Other than that, it is pretty and works very well. Very quiet too. I just need to figure out how to get a replacement for the glass.
