Great Vitamin
I feel more energetic taking these. A daily serving is 4 capsules. They have clinical potency, non gmo ingredients, no magnesium sterate, gluten free, vegetarian formula, and raw food based, and iron free. They are somewhat pricey compared to the vitamins I was taking.

One of the best organic multivitamin complexes from a reputable manufacturer, one capsule a day is more than enough for a great feeling of well-being. Has a good combination of vitamins and minerals, minus the usual fillers. Best multivitamin ever. This has the same ingredients/composition as some $50+ brands sold here, with no fillers/soy. I'm on my 4th bottle now. I am very satisfied with the composition and effective dosage. Highly recommend

Good multivitamin
My primary care doctor just prescribed methylated folate so this works perfectly for me. It had the added bonus of many other vitamins we may be lacking in our diet.
