We were thrilled that we didn't have to modify our cupboard to accommodate this new microwave. The trim kit is perfect, was easy to install and looks really good.

Refund/Return Timetable

I don't think Walmart understands that having the item does not mean that you can schedule an installer during the time allotted for returns. Now, the item did not fit. Over $300 for it and we cannot return it because of the time constraints. It's not as though the part can go bad. Installers are not cheap and must be scheduled after the part is received, so now we are stuck with this item and will not be able to return it for refund. Not very happy Walmart.

Disappointing %26 lack of customer service

I would never purchase through this seller again. Item came defective and a week later I am still waiting on the issue to be resolved. I've had to send pictures, and multiple communications back and forth with the company. I am completely disappointed in the service and lack of promptness in the situation. The website said 2-day return window. I figured that if needed that would be easy. However I was completely wrong.
