Need to be specific

Not really rating the reel, as I had to return it. The listing on Walmart does not indicate the handedness of the reel. There is an identification code with a bunch of letters and numbers. The letters “R” and “L” are both in the code, so no way for a shopper to tell from that. The picture in the listing is of a right hand retrieve reel. I was sent left handed, and now have to go to the hassle of returning. Send the pictured item, or indicate what is being sold in the description.
